my tried & true chili recipe
1 lb ground beef or turkey
1 medium onion, diced
1 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes with mild green chilis
1 28 oz can diced tomatoes
1 15 oz can kidney beans
1 19.75 oz can pinto beans [or whatever beans you like]
1 clove garlic, minced
2 cups beef broth [or you can just use water]
chili powder, salt and pepper to taste
cook ground beef and onion over medium heat,
add salt/pepper/chili powder.
once cooked, add remaining ingredients.
bring to a boil, then let simmer for 45-60 minutes.
bake a batch of cornbread and enjoy!
