  1. sararenee answered: Rosemary (lots of it), garlic, salt, ground pepper, olive oil, and white wine. Bake in a pan with potatoes, carrots, and the like. SUPER YUM.
  2. lytlmyssunshyne answered: if you have the Cooks Illustrated app(the free one) there is a recipe we are trying this week for Maple glazed Pork Tenderloin.
  3. moainstill said: Marinade in equal parts soy sauce and balsamic vinaigrette. It’s incredible :)
  4. jacquesofalltrades answered: Try this one, with mustard/molasses sauce (jacquesofalltrades.tumb…).
  5. noevidenceofintelligence said: I always do either a teriyaki sauce or peppercorns with balsamic vinaigrette. Yummm…I don’t care for the mustard, it always tastes burned to me.
  6. catinreallife answered: I usually use salt & pepper when it’s cooking and top it with a brown sugar balsamic glaze!
  7. moreofmolly answered: This was great! moreofmolly.tumblr.com/…
  8. lifeandallgoodthings answered: yum! Our fave way it to salt/peper it, then slather some dijon mustard all over it, top it with honey, rosemary, and minced garlic, and roast

  13. notsoplainandtall said: fresh rosemary, garlic, salt, pepper…herb crusted and roasted. cook for about an hour and let sit for 15 min before cutting it to keep moist. fresh herbs really stand out since pork isn’t a strong flavor.
  14. onemanswords answered: I’ve made this before and it’s really good and super-simple: southernfood.about.com/…
  15. umcanyounot said: dijon mustard. just google “dijon pork tenderloin” and a bunch of recipes show up. it’s DELICIOUS with dijon mustard. or balsamic vinegar. it all depends on how you’re feeling.
