

it wasn’t until halfway through sprints wednesday that i realized the bottom of my left foot was in pain. i must have bruised it during the race last week, during one of the twist and turns my feet endured.
i’ve been icing it every chance i get, but it’s been really sore since those sprints. i’m terrified to think of how this will affect my half marathon training. all the hard work i’ve put in - and i could be sidelined.
today was suppose to be an eleven mile run day, but i only was able to get in a quick three miles on the trail. not good.
back to ice and heat.
and praying this is something minor that heals itself, quickly.
