anyone who knows me knows,
my legs are my strength.
my trainer puts me through the ringer as often as possible,
and with me being gone so much [beach] this summer …
i think he decided to go hard on me monday.
normally i start feeling sore two days after a good leg workout,
which is why i knew i was in trouble when i woke up sore the next morning.
all day yesterday i walked around like i was crippled —
and could barely get out of bed this morning.
so i did what any normal person experiencing sore leg muscles does:
i laced up my shoes and ran.
anyone who knows me knows how i enjoy my sleep,
i think i workout & run in the evening so i can sleep longer.
this morning there was no question:
i had to run and stretch my legs out.
and while they’re still sore as hell,
i’m so glad i did.
