in just a few short hours i’ll [once again] be at the beach.

and let me tell ya, my beach trips have become the butt of every joke!

granted, i’ve been there a lot this summer due to my sisters both living in wilmington … which is a short two hour drive from my house.

last night when the beach came up in conversation these comments were made:

‘well let me know next time you’re in durham, maybe we can hang out!’

&

‘oh, she just commutes to chapel hill for work … she really lives down at the beach!’

i get it, really i do!

even my personal trainer laughs when i say i won’t be around for our normal weekend workout. it’s alright though, i can take it!

one more long weekend with rhyan & best friend & her kids, then i’ll probably be around here more — but not a whole lot more.

i’ll always be up for visiting my sisters in wilmington, but this weekend is for north myrtle beach with the kids.

and good times ahead!
